Benefits

1. End user experience - End-users will not know the difference in their day-to-day lives when working with encrypted and unencrypted documents. This saves training and lost work hours due to confusion. The documents are encrypted/unencrypted on the fly and saved as normal documents.
2. Off-line encryption solution - Enables users to access their documents offline from the network and re-encrypt the information when saving. This allows users to work on airplanes, hotels and off-site facilities without authenticating to the network using cached domain credentials on the local laptop/desktop.
3. Email encryption solution - Documents sent by e-mail are not encrypted although the e-mail message may be encrypted.
